Front is better. Can you do something about the helmet on the back Thor? Looks like it's falling down on his nose! :)

looks good so far, course what Jr mentioned, I also, and this is only my opinion mind you, the Marvel on front isn't necessary, or at least with the red border anyway, and have you thought about straightening out the synopsis on back, I just don't think the vertical rotation is needed. These are just observations, and perhaps things you may want to try. Otherwise I'm glad to see someone else adding the "Destroyer" to their cover, personally I love him! And a good start to your cover my friend.

worked a little more on the back, felt like i had to make it all straight lined rather than having it go across due to the credits/legals etc it created space i couldnt fill.

I like what you're doing, but is it just me or does THOR on the back look kinda waxy, skin wise, and sorry but his helmut just looks like it isn't quite the right size for him.
Apart from that, how about swapping THOR and Destroyer's positions, might work better cause right now THOR is looking over his shoulder but the danger is in front of him threatening the woman he loves.
Also I think you could try making THOR and Jane smaller and Destroyer larger
It's all uphill til you get to the top

I think the lightening up top should have more of the bluish glow to match that below more, same with the smoke behind the quote and maybe even the whole cloudy background might work well with a slight blue tint?

I like the concept, but the fonts are much too small. The special feature fonts are espically tiny. :S

It might help to do a print test. :)
