Try to make the hand a little larger. And may be you put some kind of reflection on the guy, maybe a reflection of the city, that no attract attention. or maybe it'a a dumb idea from me.

Can't make his hand bigger, there are to many layers involved. Made his head smaller instead

Tried the reflection but can't make it to look right.
@JR - i used Eras Bold for the font but it does look italic do you have a better font instead perhaps.
Tried several but none are working so far.
