Is there any interest in me finishing this one? Will anyone actually bother to use this cover or am I just wasting my time at this point?

After several months, I can never seem to find enough motivation to wrap this up, and since there's no shortage of excellent Dark Knight trilogy stuff already in the gallery, I'm debating if it's even worth completing...

Sadly, I'm not kidding. When I have a cover sitting in WIP for a while, I start to lose interest and after enough time passes, I no longer get excited about it. It's no longer something fresh or new, it's something I've been staring at for months and the things that I used to love about this cover are just kind of old news now.

This one has gone on for so long that I'm very bored with it, and my recent updates to the cover have only received a few comments from the community (for which I am nevertheless appreciative), but I'm just kind of frustrated at the moment. And it gives me the sense that this cover's time to shine has probably passed. I'd wager I'm not the first designer to feel like this about their work, so I'm hoping some folks understand where I'm coming from and realize that I'm not trying to sound ungrateful for the support that this cover gathered back in the summer.

I guess what I'm trying to say (if I'm making any sense at all), is that I need some major encouragement to motivate me to push forward on this one. I know this is a strange thing to ask for, but I guess I just need a good pep talk to get me excited about this one again. Unfortunately, I can't muster enough enthusiasm for myself anymore.

It's Christmas Kernie, and a bit slow in here. You did get a few very positive feedbacks on your first update of the back, and the last update was "only" one extra character added. I guess people, me included, were waiting for more updates to comment on.

Thanks Z, but I think you missed my point. I'm not looking for reasons why people aren't commenting, I'm looking for some words of encouragement to maybe get me excited about working on this one again. I want to wrap this one up, but I just can't get enthusiastic about it if I feel like I'm talking to myself in this thread. :P

For me personaly it's very hard to comment in other words than: great, nice work, or love it or stunning.
Bc i can't judge on something i realy think it's ART in every way.
i think your one of the most talented designers in here. even if i'm quite it's not that i'm not liking it. bc we all know this is Fisrt class stuff

I can understand that you feel the need for some encouragement (as do all of us), but I don't understand why the feedback you've already gotten isn't enough. That was my point.

And with the amount of time and effort you've already spent on this cover, it deserves being finished
