You did it, again! This looks spectacular: the background, and the jacket fading to black :D

Maybe have a character to his left kind of blurred? And can wee see a little bit of his coat collar?

Absolutely stunning work!! I thoroughly enjoyed looking through all of the images in this thread. Simple, elegant, and classy designs. Some breathtaking colorization. Love the font you made, by the way! :)

Here's another one that's been in progress, The Maltese Falcon (from a Nikerun suggestion a long while back ;) ).
It's pretty simple, so either a wild title treatment or an additional image is probably going to be needed to further spruce things up. :)

As always stunning, but in honesty I think a little less saturation, but thats just me, and definitely not worthy of criticism. Always top notch beautiful work from you.

Are you planning to do some covers with this new artwork Mr. Gengler?

This project is still ongoing without any real idea of a destination. :)

Demand for custom DVD covers on these is sadly very low, but hopefully a good opportunity will present itself.
...If not, that's okay too. :)

The Maltese Falcon and others still need some tinkering, but here's the latest for High Sierra:

(With thanks to my pal NikeRun for a bit of guidance. :) )

I've made a few minor updates to the previous designs as well, but nothing too monumental: http://bunnydojo.com/bogart/

The details are the best part of this composition. :) You found Bogart's coat collar and other suit details probably by slamming the curves and taking the time to do the proper outline and shading, the underside of Bogart's suit is dirty from crawling to his vantage point, and the credit block works with the composition and doesn't add text overload.

Great job!
