What does everyone use to cut their covers with?

one of these, its a bit noisy but cuts the edges nice.

I print mine at the local printers, and they have commercial roller cutters that let me cut within fractions of a mm.

I use a guillotine, works well, sits at the end of my desk always ready for action :)
