Great start bro! Being picky you could increase the contrast a bit and one thing i noticed is the title. First time i look at it i read ARK KNIGHT. I think the D should be black as well so we can read DARK instead of ARK.

Looking nice, but I think having the Batman logo in there twice (the falling buildings and the TT) isn't a great idea. I think you should either leave the TT without the white Batman logo, or leave the complete TT and find a different background. Also, Batman and Bane can use some level adjustments :D

Made a few adjustments, more to come though...looks a little too subdued now.....thanks for the advice everyone.

Removed the tt logo since the background is staying....I was working on combining the new white logo falling building with the
old burning logo.....thanks WB for saving me the trouble! The new poster background worked great.

Not sure the direction on the back yet....

I'm thinking the TT should go at the top, behind the combatants (which btw could go a little darker)! :)
