I love how this is shaping up, Wes!
What if, and this is just a suggestion you don't have to use, you had Captain America centred behind Black Widow, Thor to the right, Iron Man to the left, and then in between those guys, and slightly behind, you had Hawkeye and Nick Fury?

It just seems a little off the way they're placed now. There's no obvious order or formation there.

Her hair looks a bit hard on the edge. Maybe blur it a bit and use a hair brush?
