A Jpeg file l can't delete?

Hey Wayne, Not sure why the files get locked in the first place,
but it's happened to me a couple of times and i use Emco Move on Bot.
http://emcosoftware.com/move-on-boot
It's free, you just open the prog, browse, locate and highlight the file that won't delete and when you restart it's gone.

Ok update.Tried Unlocker and it worked fine no more picture....Yeh
Thanks to all reply's worked really well recommend it alot as it was the only thing to work thanks to sauron....
The strange thing was it was unable to locate file so l couldn't delete, rename, edit or move because it was unable to locate it yet l could see it.
