Should drmerryg be promoted to contributor?

Not sure if his work is good enough to be promoted, but i don't remember the rules we have for this subject...
I'll give my vote later, need to check the rules again.

i think he's in compliance with all rules, but should spend some time in the WIP for assistance with layouts, and such. I really see no reason to deny based on rules.

Seeing that his covers were accepted into the gallery in the first place, he's in compliance with the rules, and should get the promotion. Yes from me.

That said, I think he should put his covers in the wip forum to learn some more.

As long as he is willing to work with us in the WIP sections, I'm sure he can be a good contributor to the site.
