Where did your nickname come from?
I originally used the name “bisky bisk†but everyone started calling me “bisky†so I decided to shorten it. I honestly don`t know were the name come from. Prob something I came up with when I was drunk.

Liverpool, UK
What got you into designing covers/labels in the first place?
I damaged a few of my DVD covers so I needed replacements, I googled “DVD covers†and stumbled upon customcovers. I was inspired by the covers created and thought it was a good hobby to get into, I also liked the idea of learning PS. After a while there I wasn`t really getting any creative help and it wasn`t all that friendly there so I moved to DVDFuzion and then eventually found Hirescovers.net too.
Is there anyone on the cover/label making scene that has inspired you?
To be honest I`m inspired every time I log in. Theirs different artists popping up all the time who have some great skills and creative ideas. If I had to name some, I`d say Sleepyhead, Rookerproductions, wysmommy and recently definitely Bpmford.
Batboysmatboy also inspires me, not cover wise but in just being an all round genuine bloke who is willing to give help to anyone who needs it. Don`t come across many of them in your life.
What would be your best advice to any up and coming designer?
Never let ego get in the way of learning. If an artist gives you some advice, then learn from it and don`t take offence. I believe even the best artists are learning new things everyday in this game.
What’s your favourite cover/label you have made?
I know this has been said before, but I’m no different. My favourite cover is always my latest one. Especially since I believe I`m improving over time.
What’s your least favourite cover/label you have made?
My early covers, I was just learning PS and wasn`t getting much help so their pretty horrific.

What do you do for a living?
House husband, my wife works.
Any kids (that you know of)?
2, one boy who is 9 and a girl who is 7
Any brothers/sisters?
1 younger sister and an older sister who died when I was young.
What was your childhood like? Share an interesting "growing up" story.
I had a mixed childhood, good in the way that I had a loving family, 2 great parents and 2 great sisters. When I was 8years old, my older sister was diagnosed with cancer and was ill on and off for around 5 years, and then after a brave fight she eventually died. It hit the whole family really hard and things weren’t really the same after that but their was never a lack of love.
What is your favourite food?
Pepperoni Pizza or Indian Takeaway.
Tell us about your best vacation.
I went to Florida as a child and was totally blown away by it. Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World etc...
If I came into money I`d definitely love to live there. I 100% plan on taking my wife and children there very soon.
What is your favourite type of music/band?
The Beatles and Oasis. Being from Liverpool, you can’t really get away from the Beatles and to be honest I`d never want to. I grew up listening to Oasis and love them.
What is your favourite movie of all time?
Scarface, The Big Lebowski and a recent one is Step Brothers.
What one place would you like to visit?
As I said above, Florida again with my wife and kids.
What other hobbies do you have besides movies & graphics?
Football (Soccer), Mixed Martial Arts, Video Games.
What is the best thing that ever happened to you?
My Kids, My Wife.
What is the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you?
Accidently rolled onto the redial button on a cordless phone while having relations with my wife (my girlfriend at the time), the last number dialed was her parents, they heard the lot, never really looked at me the same since.
What is your favourite colour?
Red – my football teams colour
What is your favourite animal?
Not a big pet person, so I wouldn’t pick a household animal. I do like wildlife programs though, so I`d have to say a lion.
Who is your favourite actor?
Robert De Niro or Al Pacino, Don’t ask me to pick one because it`d be impossible.
If you could be one person, who would it be and why?
Homer Simpson, he`s an absolute legend.
What super power would you have, and why?
Healing Powers, it`d be great to be able to heal anyone with illness, although I think I`d have my hands full if anyone found out.
What is your favourite car or motorcycle?
Porsche 911 Turbo
Are you a night-owl or an early-bird?
Both, I stay up late and I get up early. If I had no kids or responsibility, I`d definitely be a night-owl and sleep in.
If you knew you had 24 hours to live, how would you spend that time?
Having fun with my family and friends.
Some strange stuff
Have you ever been shot?
Twice with an air rifle as a kid by the local maniac kid. Waited till he put it down and beat the crap out of him.
Have you ever shot someone?
No but once when I was a kid I pointed a pellet gun at a friend messing about. I pulled the trigger and moved the gun away fast just to scare him. It missed him by literally cm`s, it would have taken his eye out. I never and will never pick up a gun ever again.

Nope, was a Sunday, those days are well gone!

Anything bad happening to my family
If you won a million dollars, what is the first thing you would do with the money?
Buy everything any of my friends and family wanted, and then throw a massive party.
Pick three people of your preferred s3x, and decide if you would marry, sleep with, or throw them off a cliff.
s3x with Leah Remini (King of Queens), Marry my Wife, and I’d throw my old head teacher off a cliff. Horrible B1tch wasn’t right in the head!
Anything else you feel like sharing with the community?
I`m not sure if everyone feels this when their doing their interview but I kinda think mines boring so I apoligise.
