I really like the way this is shaping up! :D :D :D

Although, in my opinion, the reflection is a bit odd at the moment. The area around Harry's eyes is completely free of any reflective elements, and the area with the Voldemort reflection lacks transparency to see through to Harry's skin. A reflection would not be completely opaque, it's almost more like a "double-image" in which you can see what's behind the glass, as well as the brighter spots of the reflected image (because what you're essentially seeing is reflected light, the darker areas of the image won't really be visible in the reflection). A Screen/Linear Dodge/Soft Light blend mode might help. I see that you've been trying to accomplish this, but I don't think you've quite worked it out yet.

I played around for a few minutes with the image below, just to better illustrate what I mean. I've also attached the PSD of my file for you to dissect, if you so choose. By the way, this is by no means a "perfect reflection," I realize there are flaws in this reflection as well, but I think it will give you a better idea of what I mean...

I think it's better, I'm glad to see more of Potter's skin through the reflection. It's also good that the reflection covers the entire lens (which is what it would naturally do), it was awkward before because the reflection just stopped near Harry's bottom eyelid.

It's hard to tell from the zoomed-in version how well this works within the context of the whole front cover, but I don't know if you'd need to completely start over. I think it's headed in the right direction. :thumb:

EDIT: Just noticed you posted another update... I think the update is better, too. But it seems like Voldemort is way too overexposed and the colors are bit too saturated for a reflection. A glass reflection will dull the colors a bit. Add a Hue/Saturation layer and drop the saturation between 20-50% on the Cyans, Blues, Magentas, and Reds.

Can you also post a cover preview to see how this is working as a whole? Thanks! :D

Not a problem, that's why we're all here. :D :D

The reflection looks sweet! The only thing I'd suggest would be to move Voldemort down a little so that the top of his bald white head isn't overlapping Harry's eyes so much. Other than that minor nitpick, I think it's looking really great! :thumb:

Really good on this wes, reflections are tough (remember the kingdom? :) )
I think Voldermort still looks a touch to white, just a little, not much, also I suggest trying and seeing how it goes, transform> warp and give those reflections a small amount of curve so that the reflections are "traveling" the curvature of the lenses.
Something else that might help is (bearing in mind there is a light source from Harrys ear, cheek to below his eye socket) on the first lens around Voldermorts hand area and on the same place on the other lens is a light opaque dark area, just coming off the inside of the lens frames onto the lens. There is some on the top areas but it might be worth trying to continue that a bit more around.
It's all uphill til you get to the top
