Thanks, DS! Glad to know the resemblance is noticeable before being told about it!![]()
Here's an update, with the exception of modifying the legals to the Buffy specs, is season 1 finished???![]()

Which monster would you suggest and who should said monster replace?
Also, I'm not really trying to do a "monster collage" on the back, but rather a collage of "moments" and monsters from the season. Remember, I've got 7 seasons of this to do, and I have to think ahead to the types of images that may be available for future seasons. I can't always expect to have great monster pics to work with, or for that matter, great "moment" pics either, so I think a blend of the two will be the best bet in this situation.Last edited by Kernie on Sat Aug 20, 2011 9:09 pm, edited 1 time in total.
I thought about the Claw vampire in place of Cordelia, but that pic you sent is going to give me the same problems that I had with the Buffy/Master image at the top. Almost all the S1 promo stills were bathed in a red/orange hue (and cleaning it up is more work than I wish to do for 1 pic in a collage for a show that needs 7 seasons worth of collages). It would also make the bottom half "villain-heavy," and I wanted a good guy to balance things out.
As seasons progress, I want to put characters in Cordy's spot who were good, or at least not evil, that maybe didn't have as much of a prominent spot on the front cover (like Wesley in S3). Although I think I'll end up being more flexible with the back layout than I was with the front and I might not try to match the placements of S1 for the other seasons.

Good call, JR!
I was working at a much larger scale for the front keyart, but did the back at the normal cover size, and I forgot to adjust the glow layer style for the smaller resolution. I think I've fixed it now?
I've also changed the legals, so if there are no further suggestions, I'm considering S1 complete! On to S2...
Thanks for the help on Season 1, everyone!
