I don't think that texture works, and like the back is now it feels a bit heavy on the right side. Will look a lot better if you move those logos...

I think it may look better if you just carry the light blue from the front onto the back?

Much better imo. What if you increase the size of the man and woman to about 140-150% and place them like this:

Got sick of that crap! Re-done takin my Bud E Sauron's suggestion to get rid of the two-tone, I just went a little further....
