I think the new TT roxx! Much better than the old one!
The monster master in the corner also looks better IMO.
How would the front look if all pictures were kept inside the frame? (ATM you have the Masters chin and a shoulder from the guy on the right outside the frame)

JR... like this? (Cover on left is the same as previews above, the one on the right shows how it will look if I cut things off at the frame)
I originally thought it was kind of cool how the image continued beyond the frame, just in the brown darker color, but now I'm not so sure... I'm kind of indifferent... I like both versions...
What do others think? Cut images off at the frame... or let them bleed past the edges of the frame?

Thanks batboy! I thought about the Anointed One, but I can only find one hi-res pic of him (and he's sitting Indian-style). Plus, I think because he's a kid, he'll be too small to put in the "line-up" I'm trying to create next to Joyce.
Spent all day searching for a pic of Jenny Calendar that would work for this cover, and did my best to add her into the collage. I also added a heart/flourish design behind the TT, just to add a little subtle ornament there. Just need to add someone next to Joyce, and I can start changing the keyart for Season 2...
Thanks everyone for all of the help and advice today!

Good idea! Added Luke next to Joyce and am now moving on to Season 2... replaced the Master with Spike and Darla with Drusilla. Snyder will be replaced by Oz and Luke will be replaced by Ethan Rayne or The Judge or Whistler. I think all of the others will remain the same for S2...
Oh... and I'm planning to follow the general color schemes of the R1 retail release (S1 - blue, S2 - red, S3 - green, S4 - gray, S5 - maroon, S6 - orange/yellow, S7 -teal). If one of these colors looks odd on this design, I'll probably change it, but that's the direction I'm heading in...
