... I mean Paris lol, yeah there's room for improvement imo but there is with us all and i'd like to see him/her progress as an artist

To echo MovieMonster, sure, there's room for improvement (his layouts, in particular, leave a lot of empty space and are a bit chaotic and unorganized) but he seems to have a very strong foundation in terms of illustration and his designs have tons of potential. If he uses WIP and puts the advice he's given to good use, I think he'll be a top notch designer in no time.
