Nick Fury was a Best Buy exclusive DVD release back when Iron Man 1 was released on DVD/Blu-ray. You might want to try Best Buy's site and see if you can still order it from them. EDIT: You're in luck, $16.99 on BestBuy.com (though currently not in stock), here's the link: Nick Fury on DVD
Steel is an exclusive DVD release through Warner Bros. Archive, here's the link: Steel on DVD
Technically, neither film has been given a widespread "official" release, but I guess since they were released by the studios in exclusive offers, they're about as official as we're going to get them.

Just got back from Green Lantern: 8/10.
It had a rocky start and a lame villain (the better villain is being setup throughout the whole film and is only revealed in the closing credits). In fact, the Hector Hammond character and his metamorphosis reminded of the villain from Howard the Duck (which I'm sure was further reminiscent due to the presence of Tim Robbins). Giant-headed nerds and floating blobs of space poop? Really? Those are the most formidable villains in all the years of Green Lantern comics?
More training on Oa would have been nice, Reynolds was decent, and Bassett as Amanda Waller was underused and should have done something to reference the larger DC Universe. The nerdy best friend was unnecessary and while Blake Lively's acting left something to be desired, she was better eye candy than all the special FX combined (I also liked the nods to her future role as Star Sapphire... it'd be interesting to see if they go that route in a sequel).
However, I felt the film really pulled itself together for the final act (which is typically when movies like this fall apart) and established the vast universe incredibly well, providing a solid base for sequels.
On a final note... how much of the budget was spent on CG-ing the Green Lantern suit and mask onto Reynolds? Having a strong background in visual FX myself, I wonder if it was really easier to CG all that crap onto him or if gluing a mask onto his face wouldn't have been cheaper, less distracting, and less time-consuming in post-production? It never looked quite right, so why not use a practical mask (which would have been just as easy to make appear and disappear with the proper type of visual effects).

just use this rpogram like i do, http://www.cheapshareware.co.uk/products/dvdcovergold/
you can set up a template for size of 6 disc dvd, then upload whatever dvd cover picture you want to use and strecth the spine to fit the 6 disc dvd case and print it.
