Must admit, turned out better than i thought it was gonna do

Yehah! Finally not agreeing with EL :D

A first of yours in quite some time that I truly do not like, altho I've been mildly annoyed a couple of times before, mostly when your designs keep winning COTM, which I've never achieved ;)

I don't know whether to look at the blue sky or at the brown pile of... at the bottom. Could of been saved with a monochrome color I think! Perhaps just a golden overlay???? :D :sponge1:

Just kidding mate - you held on to your own design thruout, which I like! :thumb:

At very least I hope you're not offended. (Other than by the crude remarks of you keeping winning COTM - go break an arm or sumthing, give us mere mortals a run of the day! :D )

I deeply respect the fact that you, one of a few it seems at times, are able to hold your own. Good for you! :thumb:

As for me not liking the particular style of this cover - who cares? :) You already know I love tons of your other stuff. I am sure you have favs among mine as well...?. ok, not fav's then but ones you like more than others? No? - ok some are not as bad as others? :D

What matters to me, is that YOU, as the designer, like your finished work, and that you can take pride in it. The rest is for show! It seems to me that you do just that - and for that you receive the very rare JR Award - :jolly: Presented to you for Outstanding Courage in the face of combat! :)

Rock on dude! :sponge1:

Thanks JR for those words, it means a lot to me. Especially the JR Award  !

I do take great pride in my work, as I hope everyone does with theirs!

And I wasn't offended, I was just joking when I said that, so no worries buddy. :arms:

You are right, I'm sure everyone has their faves of my work and ones that aren't their faves... as with yours, and all of us designers... it's why we all do covers and why there are so many covers for the same films... everyone has their own vision, their own style, and every paid member picks one of them to use based off what they like! It's what makes me love custom covers!

The one thing I enjoy more than making my own covers, is watching other make theirs, especially for movies I have done a cover for... just to see others come up with their own work of art for the movie. It's why I have four Avatar and two Kick-a$$ covers on my shelf! lol

And I do have my faves of yours! (The Prestige, Batman Begins, Kingdom of Heaven, etc!) :thumb: :thumb:

stunning cover! I truly adore it! and this may sound kinda funny (it's a compliment I swear), even without the film stills, I think it emanates an "REI" or "The North Face" theme. Which is entirely fitting to this film!
