Hey all. I feel like I should get this one out now, I didn't even know about the whole Battle Royal till last week, and I've had this one started since December. Well I think it's finally time to get it out there, I think the reason I haven't touched it in soo long is that I have nooooo idea what I'm doing for the back. But I'd like to get some opinions about the front for now...I'm still not set on the idea on cast names, I just thought the text filled the space a little more.

I like the idea and execution a lot! I think it would look better without the names or at least a better font and all-capitals.
Also, it might be worth trying a composition in which the squares are less randomly placed and more aligned with each other.
You should download the movie's images that were available over at MR (if you haven't already) to see if you can use any for the back.

I really like it it's different than all the rest. I agree with the names everywhere seems kinda scattered. I like the squares layout it's really cool I'd maybe try and darken it a bit it seems a kind dull/pale IMO. But fantastic start :thumb:

Great start, i like the names where they are, the only thing for me, i would bump up the contrast a bit and play with levels and try to make that purplish tint come out a bit more, very nice idea, very good work!

Love the idea and love the colors and layout.

Minor suggestions though. I would move the title down so it isn't centered vertically and also make it a little smaller. Also change the white background with a light color. Like this.

And as the others have suggestions, maybe tweak the type a little. Make them the same size and maybe make them a tiny bit smaller. I know they are quite small already but Futura is quite legible at small sizes.

Awesome suggestions. With the font sizes for character names, I was kind of going with a different size thing to show their roles in the move, same with their pictures size. Jesse is the largest role, so largest picture and largest character name font, then scaled from there. Do you think this concept works?

I don't think you have to emphasize it with the text when you do it with the picture size. In general if you want to do it, the contrast should be bigger, but I don't think you should do it in this case.
