To make a long story short i found the first six seasons in a garage sale, badly damaged cases but very passable discs for 8 bucks each so i grabbed them, it will be for a 6 discs case, no preview for that i think, that's just the start, as always nothing is set in cement, front picture might wind up on the back, do not know yet, what are your thoughts!!

Yes i figured i would be asked to take the grungy elements out, too bad, i love the way this picture looks and i think it goes well with the good M.D., the only problem is i do not have the original pic i found this of all places on a russian wallpaper site and i have spent the last 2 days trying to find the original pic, but like i said it would be a great pic for the back cover too, i'm still working on it!!

Maybe you can make the front by using just a stock image of a hallway and paste dr house inside of it.
Some stock hallways:

Finally had time to work a bit on this, thanks to rein2007 for the pic of the corridor decided to use the B&W one and tried to recreate the front without the grunge elements, i left the spine as is and added the pic of the eyes and quote on the back, should i put "lies" in red? I wanted to put the titles of the 22 episodes but no more room, so what do you think so far??

Like the front, for though, the red and black is way to strong I would lighten it up a bit. Question, did you just feather the top of that background? it has a solid black bar across the top, maybe try to fill that space. Also that quote on the back is WAY too big, I would find one thats a bit longer and smaller. Now keep in mind its just my opinion, but using the cropped promo image and then the eyes up top on the back, looks a little off. If you use the one with the eyes, then i would ditch the secondary promo shot for a smaller sized Screen strip (unless you can find a way to make the 2 images work with blending or what not).
