Have to agree in every aspect with Andrew on this. Everything IMO sucked the bullocks about that movie

You're comparing "utter crap" to slighter worse "utter crap."
I'll admit that the 90's Cap movie used a suit that was more in keeping with the look from the comics, but it was a pretty boring movie altogether. I was a fairly undiscriminating 13-year-old when I saw the 90s Cap movie, but even for my "crap tolerance," I knew that film wasn't good. And this what at a time when I THRILLED to see any super hero in live action whatsoever.
Still... I've heard rumors that the "classic" Cap suit you love may actually make a brief appearance in the new film. From what I've read, he might wear the classic suit as the army parades him around as a mascot at USO shows. It's only later that he gets the more functional, utilitarian "military" version, when the sh#t starts hitting the fan. There's even an early promo shot with Evans in fatigues and around the collar you can see what looks like a blue "wetsuit" underneath. Will it actually come to pass? I have no clue. But since Marvel Studios has control over the film, they have a pretty good track record with sneaking in little things like that for the fans (like all the little easter eggs in both Iron Man movies and Incredible Hulk).

also for your entertainment the teaser for anime x-men cartoon.

Yeah, I saw that the other day. But thanks for posting the link, RR!! Animation looks pretty sweet, I guess...
I'm not too thrilled with any Marvel animation that I don't know when or where it's going to air. Other than Avengers: EMH and Super Hero Squad, Marvel needs to get their act together and actually find a solid network that will air their shows and - shock - advertise when they're going to air.
Did Iron Man: Anime even start to air in the US yet?

Really loving your covers, kernie82! I have been Tivo'ing many of these shows and converting them for use on my iPad. I have now been burining them to discs using your dvd labels. Any chance of expanding the collection? I would love to add Jonny Quest, the new Speed Racer, Men in Black, Transformers Prime and GI Joe Renegades. I would be willing to help make these if needed. I'm not too shabby with Photoshop Elements.
Hi everyone. Been a while without uploading a cover. I've been completely swamped with other work and will continue to be for the next month or so. However, I needed to take a break to "clear my head" and decided to pump out a few covers that I hope people will start looking for soon.
So here's what I've done during my temporary reprieve from my very full plate of work, all of which should be available in the gallery shortly...
Captain America: The First Avenger
I'd have to say that this is probably my most anticipated movie of the summer. Thor looks good too, but this one seems to oozing geeky-fun from the looks of the trailers. Not sure if we'll see more action-oriented poster art closer to the film's release, but I've done what I could with the teaser poster artwork.
(On a quick side note: I've heard that the 90's Cap movie is headed to Blu-ray in May, but since I don't know studio, release date, or specs, I'm holding off on a BD conversion until then)

Green Lantern: Emerald Knights
Looks cool, love the casting of Nathan Fillion as Hal Jordan, and hope this continues the solid streak that DC has been on with these Direct-to-DVD's lately.

Thor: Tales of Asgard
Ugh. Don't have much interest in this one. Marvel's Lionsgate DTV's have been pretty lame (except for Hulk Vs.) and this one doesn't seem like any exception. Why does Marvel think young versions of their adult characters are cool? What is this, Muppet Babies or Flintstone Kids? Either way, it looks like Alex Ross' cover art might be the best thing this thing has going for it...
[attachment=16148:bd_masc_..._package.jpg]

And finally...
Justice League: Season Two (Blu-ray)
Warner Bros. finally got off their @$$ and decided that fans should have Justice League in its high-definition glory. I've also heard that the "letterbox widescreen issue" on the DVD's will not exist here, and we'll be getting a full widescreen HD release of this great season (a strong improvement over S1, but still no match for the sheer awesomeness of JLU). Yay for this!
[attachment=16149:bd_dcauc..._package.jpg]
And finally, since it's been a while... here's the whole collection at the moment! (305 DVD's, 118 Blu-rays!)

Please also note that this is just a quick return for me, I'm still very busy and probably won't find any more time for uploading anything new for quite a while. So, if there's something that's still missing, please try to refrain from suggesting or requesting it. I hope to have more time this summer to add a few of the remaining titles to this exhausting collection. Thanks so much for understanding.
P.S. I also updated the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes covers with full episode lists, as they finally have aired the entire season in the UK.

Well, I may have a new favorite cover over your Rocketeer cover, that Cap cover is AMAZING! Funny they share a director. Looks like you did some work on the key art, to me looks better than the poster! I'm really glad to see you back, I hope all is well.
I'm really looking forward to Cap, Super 8, and even Transformers 3 looks really good, weird, but I think it will be as good for the full movie as 2 was during the action sequences, if that makes sense.
