I'm very pleased with how this site is being run. Kudos to the administration for a job well done. It is much more like a true democracy than I've seen before, where everyone in the community has a voice on all important matters. Clearly this site has ascended among the top 3 cover sites, in no specific order. Okay warm and fuzzy moment is over.

I couldn't agree more! I've been a member of a few forums before this one, and it's always politics, politics, and more politics. And usually one or two Dictator's at the top level. This site couldn't be further from that. I myself was welcomed into the group with open arms. (Thanks for that) On so many other Forums it's..."go away you newbie!" Everyone was a newbie at one time, but I don't think I've heard it even mentioned here. Also, everyone here has a say, weather it be a vote on an issue or just giving an opinion...that makes a difference!

The key to faking out the parents is the clammy hands. It's a good non-specific symptom; I'm a big believer in it. A lot of people will tell you that a good phony fever is a dead lock, but, uh... you get a nervous mother, you could wind up in a doctor's office. That's worse than school. You fake a stomach cramp, and when you're bent over, moaning and wailing, you lick your palms. It's a little childish and stupid, but then, so is high school.

But seriously, some decisions have to made, as there isn't any other options. But, what we did discuss when we started the site, was it is the members site. We want you to enjoy coming here. Obviously we can't keep everyone happy, but if the majority is happy, then we have hit our goal! 8824.gif
