Cheers guys, here's the updated:

Added the SF, need to add a few more to fill it out and added some spidey suit images to be the BG of that. Yay or nay on that idea, also changed the Quote.

Why don't you use the web for stills? Put a line down the large middle area to break it into two sections and put a still in each hole. Replace the suit images with stills as well.

Slide the web down a bit, put a Features list above the web area (under the synopsis), and everything might fall nicely into place!! :D :D

Either way, this cover is coming along nicely! Good work, LCD!! :D :D :D

I'll try it out and see if I can figure out what to do with the special features, it was always my plan to have them in the web. I'll try that and maybe just having 2 stills on the side instead of the costume. I'll do both ways. Thanks for the comments Kernie :)

I agree with Kernie. Use the web for stills, I believe this was done for the cover of the 3rd film, and it looked pretty nice!
Great design BTW.

I just think that that center area of the web is too small and an awkward shape to fit text in. I don't know if you plan to do the other films as well, but they have quite a bit more special features than the third movie, and it's going to be tough to fit that text into that tiny space. Just thinking ahead for you... :D

As for it always being your plan to have them in the web, well... I can't tell you how many times I had plans change as I worked my way through a design. Being willing to sacrifice certain ideas and adapt your original intentions to improve the overall composition is part of being a good designer. And I think you're a good one... so be open to ditching your first ideas and going with what works best.

I like the web, I just think it would work better as a frame for the stills than for text...

lol oh i'm never stuck on an idea, if it doesn't work it doesn't work, I was thinking about the stills in the web and post it up tonight, this is a trilogy set, and I got the Special Features list from Bluray.com (didn't put them all in).

Thanks again kernie and hope you like the update later tonight :)

I think the back quote could be a bit larger and bolder.

liking the idea of using the web for stills perhaps add some crooks instead of the large suit pics? I think the center web hole (or whatever) is perfect for the SFs - I'd adjust the text tho, so you have the same amount of text in the two columns.

Just a thought, but I think that the "with great power, comes great responsibility" quote would be fantastic on the back.

Oh, just an idea - if you're going to keep Doc Ock's arm on the front, I think you'd need a more action-posed Spidey....
I know it's alot of work (and you did such a splendid job on the wall-crawler) but at least now you know how it's done!

... and btw - did you try the TT in silver?
