I was really excited about Surrogates, and I ended up not liking it at all, probably my least favorite Bruce Willis flick that comes to mind. However I did like Gamer (starring Gerard Butler), it has a very similiar plot, I'd recomend it to anyone who liked Surrogates.

THank you ever so much for the 60s Marvel collections, most notably the Hulk one!
Incredible work, as always. Kernie, you rule!!!!

All the others are awesome aswell, but those are out of this world!

Good luck with the paper you are working on, can't wait to see what is coming next when you find the time.

Also, looking forward to see "The Walking Dead" myself.
Haven't seen it yet, but been hearing good things about it.

Thanks, felipe-11! Saw most of this footage as part of the ComicCon trailer this past summer, but there's some pretty sweet new stuff too (like a few finalized FX shots)!!

Come on, Marvel!!! Where's the sweet poster art for Thor and Cap? I did see there's a black/white/red poster floating around now for Thor, but I need something more "in-your-face" cool for my cover!!

2 more pages and my semester is done. Then I should be back into the groove again (hopefully)!

Thanks everyone for all the comments on the latest batch of covers!! :D :D :D

I'm really hoping for more than just a snipet of Thor with his helm on, they have a toy helm coming out for the kiddies so I hope it shows up in the movie as more than just ceremonial garb. That said, the movie looks incredible I liked the more completed shots with Destroyer in them, I can't wait to see some Cap footage, the stills that have been out plus the feel of the Rocketeer make me think that the footage will be quite amazing. I can't believe you have a GL cover out already and it'll probably be better than what WB puts out and you don't even have that much to work with yet!

Decided to finally get around to some Blu-ray conversions that a few folks have been patiently waiting for: "Hellboy Animated," "The Crow," and "Judge Dredd!" The latter two haven't been released in the US, so I wasn't really aware that international Blu-ray's had been released. I have a hard enough time keeping track of the United States releases, let alone what other countries are getting! :P

I didn't do the other Crow films. Does anyone know if they've been released anywhere on Blu-ray yet?

So for those who asked and have been kindly waiting patiently, here you go! If you don't see them right away, they should be in the gallery shortly. ;)

Hellboy Animated:

The Crow:

Judge Dredd:

Comic Book Collection Count: 272 DVD's, 107 Blu-rays!! :D

Wasn't planning on it since the two films were released on DVD separately and only combined together for the Blu-ray. Don't want to really get into the habit of making spacesavers, because then the requests to combine one cover with another will never stop. And I've still got a long to-do list of new covers ahead of me before I start worrying about combo packs.

Sorry. :(

Here's another cover for today, this time a new one: Neil Gaiman's graphic novel "Stardust!" Not quite a comic book in the traditional sense, but whatever...

I'll have these up in the gallery shortly... ;)
