Watch out for words in your synopsis getting split onto two lines. Jennifer Connelly's last name is split into "Conn" and "elly." Be sure to turn hyphenation off in the Paragraph palette.

With custom covers there is not straight forward way to do things so it wouldn't matter, but in this case it maybe looks better with the synopsis at the place of the features

The name "Connelly" is still spread out into "Conn elly." Throavium, you must show more respect to the lovely Ms. Jennifer Connelly...

That being said, I really like the latest update!! Just watch out for lines being too short in your synopsis. "The world has" (the first line in the second paragraph) is too short to have a line by itself. I think you're trying to have the text wrap around the image, but that short line just looks odd.

Maybe you can put a black-white-black gradient layer under the synopsis, stills, legals, etc. but over the whole background image (set the layer to Multiply and then adjust the opacity) to darken the sides and subtly lead your eye to the bug-light thing in the center. I do this alot to establish a focal point in my artwork. It's a minor detail, but I think it helps direct the viewer's attention a bit more. Like so...

Hahaha,, I applied the gradient and fixed the Connelly error. I also made the paragraphs work.

Nice update!! The gradient really helps add some focus to the cover and also makes the text and stills stand out a bit more!

One thought though... have you tried the "Perfect picture..." text in the same style as your critic quote from the front cover? It might also help to use the Blu-ray Preview Actions (see here) when posting these previews, so we can see how the front, back, and spine are working together.

Excellent job on this cover so far! I think it's a definite contender for COTM (Cover of the Month)!

Download the Preview ZIP from our site. Open the PSD, open your cover, copy your cover (a flattened version or do a Copy Merged on the layered version) and paste it into the Preview PSD on the layer titled "Cover." Load the .ATN Action file into Photoshop. Run the Action from the Actions palette and you should see something that looks like this...
