I think spidey's fine overlapping the pictures and I think he's the perfect size... don't change a thing with the size and placement of the Spidey image (although maybe two more interesting stills would be better, maybe the villains instead of one of that boring Mary Jane that shows too much empty background space?).
I still don't think the coloring is working on the 4 stars. My eye goes right to that weird yellow gradient. Why not try them in the metal gradient you have on the tagline?
Also, bump the Bloopers and Photo Galleries text up a bit. There's too much space above them. Use that empty space below that text to help visually indicate that the features are on two separate discs.
I don't think you need the blue gradient behind the legals/specs box. It might just be fine against black. I actually like the blue color, I just think you have a lot of different colors popping up randomly (the yellow stars, the bright red behind the special features header, the blue gradient). Stick within a consistent color scheme, like the dull blue (from the spidey image) and orange (from the background city image) and then use whites, grays, and blacks for text and stuff. I don't think the cover looks bad the way it is now (in fact, it kinds of works somehow), but I'm just suggesting to lessen the amount of arbitrary colors that do not fit the overall color scheme. Does that make sense or am I rambling again??
Either way, it's a hell of a cover and I'm just trying to see it be the best that it can be (as I'm sure you want the same). Keep up the awesome work!!
