"downloads" Problems

I'm trying to upload a file to the download section, and I'm getting the following error message:

"Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available."

Can you help?

What type of file are you trying to upload?

I have tried it as a.zip and a .pdf with same results

I have just logged in as an artist, and uploaded fine, so it isn't a policy thing. Are you filling out all the fields marked with an asterix (including short description)

Just tried it again with same result.

The only fields I haven't filled are:

Demo URL:
Choose Location:URL to online file
and
Mirror Download Links:

I just uploaded the file you sent to me with no problems. Are you able to upload any other files??

I'm wondering if it is a firewall issue or something your end? Have you got a firewall running?
