I've now watched all the micro episodes and I agree about the marvel version of Justice League Unlimited but I think that it's a great concept. So far I like the show and can't wait to see more. A few things I don't like is the some of the voices, (some of them just don't fit the characters.

I don't like Nick Fury I think he's a a twin of the other version now with the white hair streak. I like that fact that the Hulk is intelligent as well.
I'm not crazy on the animation but I can deal with it and adjust since I'm a marvel cartoon junkie. Either way I think it's a great addition to the marvel animation universe , I just hope it outlasts the last couple of marvel shows.

Happy Halloween! In keeping with the spooky themes of All Hallow's Eve, here's "The Haunted World of El Superbeasto!" Based off of The Adventures of El Superbeasto stories in Rob Zombie's Spook International comic book, this is one weird animated film that should not come anywhere close to childrens' eyes. Personally, there's just something plain weird about animated nudity, but regardless, I've added it to the collection because of its comic book roots.

So enjoy the latest cover, in both DVD and Blu-ray, to help you celebrate the creepy and haunted Halloween happenings!

Enjoy!! :D :D :D

(Oh, and don't forget about tonight's premiere of The Walking Dead on AMC!)

(Oh, and also... for those that are interested, I updated my website [www.kerniecamproductions.com] with a new Halloween illustration!)

Thanks, DS! Glad somebody chimed in (even if you haven't seen the movie)! :D :D :D

I wish I had more time to finish up some more covers, or more mainstream movies that garner a bit more attention. Not a fan of spending time of stuff nobody cares about. But I guess it goes with the territory... :(

Love the superbeasto cover, I haven't seen it but I want to now. The Avengers cartoon is amazing, they had a very smart wolverine cameo in the same episode as a Jack (father of Nick) Fury cameo, a cabbie reading a paper with headline mentions of the punisher and man-thing, and a bunch of dollar bills with the Green Lantern (what the what!?) logo on them. As well as two characters clearly inspired by Jesse Ventura's character "Blain" and the native american character "Billy" from the original Predator being Claw's henchmen in one of the micro episodes featuring a jungle. Not to meniton the GI JOE "Wild Bill" piloting a helicopter chasing the Hulk, there's so much in there. There are also scenes where Graviton looks like he's ripped right from a JRJR drawing, it's just an amazing show! I also love that they have Hank Pym as both Giant Man/Goliath and Ant-Man, very smart way to go for his character, they also flipped the script and made Janet more like him and him more like her. I think this program shows a lot of promise. As you may have guessed I've watched the micro episodes and main episodes quite a few times.

P.S. how awesome was The Walking Dead, what a wonderful time to be a comic fan!

Here's a drawback to making covers for things that haven't been released. My original Walking Dead cover showed off Drew Struzan's beautiful promo poster, but after watching the series (and LOVING it), I realized my cover didn't really fit the tone of the show.

Yeah, there's zombies, but they take a backseat to the character interactions and interpersonal drama. So, I decided to put together a "variant" cover for the first season, featuring cast members from the show against the abandoned Atlanta backdrop (and using the show's TT instead of the comic's).

I think this version works better and future seasons will most likely use this color scheme and style as the template, rather than my original Struzan-zombie cover.

Oh, and I noticed I used an incorrect episode list for my first version, I fixed it on the old cover as well as on this revised one. I also added a second disc to both the Blu-ray and DVD sets, since I'd imagine that's how many discs a 6-episode hour-long drama will probably take for the retail release.

What do you think? Better? Worse? Couldn't give a $hit? Let me know!! :D :D :D
