Didn't see this one coming, did you (well, maybe you did, Darksaber)? Kind of a different path from the typical superhero/graphic novel stuff, but based on a comic book nonetheless...

Here's all 7 seasons of "Tales from the Crypt," the HBO television series based on horror stories from 1950's EC Comics, as well as the two spin-off movies: "Demon Knight" and "Bordello of Blood." There's a third movie, "Ritual," that was intended to complete a trilogy, but due to Bordello's poor box office performance, was released (I think direct-to-video) without any Tales from the Crypt connections. It was, however, recently released with the Crypt Keeper segments intact and I should be getting it from Netflix this week to see if it's any good. If I can find sufficient resources, I might add it to the collection eventually.

Anyway, if nothing else, check out Bordello's title treatment. I'm pretty happy with it (a bunch of happy accidents, really), even though it leaves some awkward negative space above the "ordello" part of the TT.
