I will add a Comic Book Collection version, but it will use the retail artwork rather than this custom front.

Well, here's the finished product. I'm not really too happy with it, but I'm also tired of toiling over it. :(

To be honest, my heart just wasn't in this one. It might be because I'm just not that interested in the Black Freighter part of the Watchmen story (it works great as a parallel to the Watchmen story in the book, but it has no context as a standalone film and it slows down the pacing of an already lengthy film when inserted back into the Ultimate Cut). Or maybe it's because it was tough to make a companion cover to a cover that I never intended making a companion for.

Either way, here it is, it's done... check out my Comic Book Collection thread for Black Freighter in that template.
