Nice job!
I would go with image #2 because it gives the most info about the movie as shows the character as active.
For the from, I suggest fine-tuning colors and using light/shadow to bering stronger focus to the main character:

Nice!! :) For the front, It feels like the characters are getting washed-out by brightness. They already have bright rim lights, but their front lights are too intense making it slightly harder for the eye to focus. I suggest adding shadow to show character's form and make it more dramatic/less flat ...

Great start! I recommend trying to bring everything down to a limited color palette - it'll help everything feel better composited and more cohesive. Enlarging the characters will help give this more of a retail feel and will help them regain clear, information hierarchy.
