As said best way to do it is save the cover as a JPG full size then reload the jpeg back into PS and resize making sure 'Constrain Proportions' is selected, i never flatten an image because i accidentally saved once and lost all my layers.

Also if you resize a cover 3240x2175 to 800 pixels width ...

Never really understood the reasoning behind someone getting free access for uploading other peoples work. After all how difficult is it for someone to download from one site and upload to another? and how is this in any way proving themselves? not that i care either way of course but i think it ...
