Extremely usefull Mikezomaar!

Hello,

I'm looking for dvd boxes which can hold 6 cd's/dvd's and do have a 14 mm spine.
I found a site which does have these sizes but they only ship to the United States and Canada.
I live in the Netherlands.
Now my question is, do you know any sites which do have these dvd case sizes and also ...

Is there a list of covers and labels which are rejected?
Or will the cover or label automatically be added after upload?
