The title is pretty self-explanatory, but this is an easy way to colour an image.
Select the Colour Replacement Tool (Brush), and select the colour you want to brush in. There are several options at the top, but Mode: Color and Limits: Contiguous should be good enough.

Now colour in your image
Before:

After:
[attachment=45500:coloured.jpg]
