Welcome to HiRes :) We do what we can to ensure covers are not uploaded elsewhere, but obviously we are limited as to what we can do. There are some sites that primarily exist on 'stolen' covers, so they will not remove them at all. But there are also many that will respect the request of the original author to have the artwork removed. It is usually the sites whose owners do not create covers themselves that do not appreciate the time involved in creating custom covers.

It would be nice to see some of your custom artwork :)

I'm a now retired coverflow artist for WiiFlow. After about a year and a half or so of making covers, I started to notice other people posting them to other sites as their own. It would upset me in no other way. They didn't spend the hours nor days to make the covers but yet pass it as their own. Don't get me twisted though, I have had some personally ask me if they could post my covers on another site as long as they credited me. I usually was okay with it then. Either way, it's gonna happen no matter what. I'm just glad to actually see a site that cares and does what they can to stop it.
I just may upload a few personal covers I made to this site :)

Someone should mention to him that retail chains that rent movies may dispose of their covers, but LionsGate, WarnerBros, Universal, Disney and Fox all use separate artwork for rental outlets. Each have different legal statements, UPC's ,sometimes completely different artwork and clearly state for rental only......the reason being to prevent the rental companies from buying retail copies to rent or from selling rental copies as used retail.

**allow me to brown-nose a second and seriously thank you guys for all the hardwork. I love sometimes just looking through some of the stuff thats been done on here. Some really cool ideas and concepts no doubt. I have replaced several of my original covers with art from this site. Pretty damn sure its been a little from all of you.

Have YOU ordered and received a reproduced "original" artwork from this auction that belongs to artists at those sites? I'll answer that for you with a NO, because that is not what is for sale here. This listing is for RETAIL replacement Blu-ray covers.
