At best there might be some inspiration borrowed. That's common fare, we all do it. Otherwise it looks like the artist did the work on his own. In other words, it's similar but not identical.

I've edited my post and added the link to my cover. As you can see front and back layout are very very similar to my cover. Even the synopsis and features layout are the same. I don't mind to see another cover done based on my own work, just wanna know if it was only a coincidence or not.
