Hi,
I am sorry your account was not automatically updated. If certain information is changed (such as your email address) then the site can have problems updating your account (as it no longer matches between your PayPal account, and HiRes account). I try to warn people that this may happen, but obviously the message can’t get to everyone. Hopefully PayPal will update their software soon, so this problem no longer happens.
Can you please
PM me your paypal email address, so I can confirm your payment, and update your account?
