Now it sounds like it is either a firewall, or cache problem. Can you please check? As a member of the subscriber group, you have full access to full sized images.

i have receved the email and cliked on the hipo link but i still can ony get the thumb and not the full cover. I have loged out and loged back in
and still get the same

I have fixed your account. The answer to your problem is in the FAQ. It sounds like your autorenewal has been cancelled with paypal, which changes your account here. You should have full access again.

just tryed to get a cover off the set and i just can get the thumb one not the full cover and i have full nember ship
