Well, I bought a small stack of white printable CDs today. I wanted to play some, and my utter lack of patience got the best of me. Besides, my son is a Cub Scout and we just had a camping trip. I took a ton of pictures of the awards ceremony, the kids doing the "Raingutter Rigata", the activities, etc. I swear, noone but myself and 1 other parent had a camera, and I wanted to get a collection of the pics and give a disc to each child's parents in our den (7 kids) and one for the Scout Master to share with all the kids in the pack (over 100 kids!!!), and I wanted them to look nice.
All I got to say is, "DAYUM!!! These are super sweet!!!"
I did simple label with the bear emblem (my youngest is a bear scout) for our den, and one with the tigercub, bobcat, wolf, bear, and weeblo for the pack. They turned out super nice.
Now I am disappointed I waited so long to buy a CD/DVD capable printer. I am totally pleased with the white faces and the printer quality. Admittedly, I will need to try some more complex labels, but for now I am stoked. Now I have to wait on the silvers, and see whether or not they recieve my stamp of approval as well
