Maybe if you need help with something, you should post what you have so far in the W.I.P forum. Also, for me, this is just you asking someone to do the dirty work for you and if the cover is so "astonishing" then surely you can make the specs bar yourself?

Why don't you use a template, which has all the legal information there already? You only need to modify the text then.

I need help on building the technical specs bar only.
