Made some progress.....start the front and made a few colour changes in legal area to match everything.
The image of Hera and Kim are small/lowres. That see if it's possible to continue this idea.

Good update m8. :)

I'd add more haze / mist to the City. It's a giant city but Hera has nearly the same height so I think you need to make the distance more clear.
You also could reduce the city's opacity a bit.

And I didn't talk about the Barcode's background that takes away the attention, I meant the Banner under your scenery (green).

The woman in red needs the shadow on her right (compared to the exposure of the city - red).
Synopsis and both of the quotes should be aligned I think (blue).

Update with the tips from Fidi and Wyen.

--Cas i like the idea of the banner, i reworked it and make it smaller. Add two stills.
--Made some (simple) light effets to get more perspetive for the bachground.
--The SF area it's in progress. Just want to see how it goes

What Fidi said: add some haze to the city in the background to give the whole scenery some depth. I like the banner on the left side but I would either add at least one more still (1 still alone doesn't work for me) or remove that 1 still and move the whole banner to the left a bit.

Nice back layout so far.

A few suggestions:

I'd flip the city horizontal because of the lights. At the moment the exposure of the images is different and flipping the city should be the easiest way to fix that instead of painting all shadows for the landscape area. Also Hera's exposure is different to the city's.

The two small characters on the left look a little bit out of place at the moment. I'd brightem them up a bit, they are more far away then Hera. And also add shadows and some rim lights to make them more visible and matched into the scenery.

Also the city is far away so I'd add some mist, fog and/or dirt infront of it to get some optical distance to Hera and the other characters. And I'd do the same on the left side of the landscape .

I also agree with Curt about the banner, for me that doesn't really work there as well. What about a vertical stills row (like Cirus did on his Batman covers for example) over there with some steampunk added between or around the images?

In my personal opinion the 'Digital Code' banner takes away too much attention from your scenery. I guess it's because it's brigthness, so I'd change the background color from that clear wihite to something more similar to the ground above. You might have to change the colors of the texts and logos on it as well but I'm pretty sure that's worth a try.
