After Zodiac you come up yet with another brilliant design concept ;) Also, it's surely inspiring for the others to see your step-by-step process, so kudos to that!

How did you do the front? Looks great.
IMade the cut out, painted hair and then adjusted her image to get a good contrast, then added some newspaper patterns along her shape (# 1), then some rectangles inside her shape (#2).
Then brought back the original layer with some more curves and blendet out some parts of her here and there (#3). Then again added some newspaper patterns and textures on top (#4) just as some more adjustments to bring back her eyes clearly for example.

Made a smart object out of all the layers and added a gausian blur fliter to blur some areas especially near the bottom behind the title.
