Create creases, folds etc in any fabric, quickly and effectively.

Create a new layer (Ctrl/CMD + Shift + N) above your fabric, and name it something like 'Folds' and set the layer style to Soft Light.

Select your Gradient Tool (G) and press D to default your foreground and background colours to Black and White. Change the Gradient mode to Difference.

Now just draw gradients to create different creases
