Here's one that I haven't seen many people use before and to be honest I only use occasionally.
If you want to move a layer up you can press CTRL/CMD + ] and if you want to move a layer down you can press CTRL/CMD + [
You can also press CTRL/CMD + Shift + [ to move the layer all the way to the bottom or CTRL/CMD + Shift + ] to move the layer all the way to the top.
