I really fell like this section isn't used that often lol anyway I am planning on putting up a bunch of reviews.
(since I am a huge Movie guy lol)
Searching (2018)
I have owned the dvd since it came out but just bought the Blu-Ray and watched it last night for the first time.
As a writer myself I have to say the story it self had a great idea. For me it was really super predictable. I will say now I will have a bunch of spoilers in this lol.
But starting with the beginning of the film I quite enjoyed the Spoiler Blockkind of slide show looking thing with them getting a PC and showing lil things as the technology grew and so did the characters.
but after that it was a lil meh seen it before. it seems like a cheap way of doing films by doing them all on the computer screen and so on (Even though it really isn't lol)
also the ending of the movie was pretty much hinted the whole time.
Spoiler Blocklike when they tried to make it seem like the brother took his daughter or something. they planted the weed when he was facetiming him earlier. and when the detective was talking about how she lied for her son once and how she was contently telling him to go to his room or something
really though its a good lil mystery film though and they way it was filmed is really getting over done. but they did this 1 pretty good with the solving of the mystery on his own kind of thing so yea.
I enjoyed the film for what it was but its not gonna be going on my 365 list thats for sure lol.
