The most common reason that scans don't make it (other than simply poor scans) is that of size.

I notice that of the two you have upped more recently, one of them - Bratz - is 4320x2901. This has been rejected. A standard case cover that is not 3240x2175 (or very close to it) will not make it on to the site.

Your other recent cover - Dave Hughes Live - has been accepted, but it was, I must say, a close thing. The cover shows a few spots of dust and some signs of a dirty scanner bed - any worse and it too would have been rejected.

I will fix the Bratz cover and clean the scanner. I think I'm just about due for a new scanner anyway, this one has been around quite a while. When I get it, i will rescan the ones I've posted and get some nicer scans uploaded (at the correct size and resolution) .... Thanks for the quick reply and good advice

Hi

I have just recently started to upload some scanned covers and have read all the requirements on sizes and resolution. I thought all the ones I uploaded were correct. 2 of the covers have not been added and are not in the dupes section with a reason for non acceptance. They were submitted last week. I just want to make sure I'm not uploading bad quality covers and If I have I want the opportunity to fix them. Just so as I can at least contribute in some way here. Oh, one other thing is I'm from Australia and we have terrible classification warnings stamped across the pics on the front, sometimes ruining the pic. If I can I try and edit that out - I do the best I can. If this is the reason let me know please. Thanks Millzie ---- Just to let admin know, the 2 covers uploaded but not showing anywhere were - "Extras Season 1" and "Last outlaw"
