I know he's been a member since "Joined: March 20 2016", but he only made his first post on "Posted on: Nov 20 2017, 06:24 PM", unless something isn't correct with the posts/topics section of the forums. So that pretty much says he hasn't been active at all and from what I've seen, only active in his own topics (except for the comp). I do agree with CT, but there's a different point of view to it as well, which is. Most of us (if not all) do this as a hobby, sometimes it can get boring, you don't know what do make, lacking motivation and so on. Some might only have it as a hobby for a brief period, finding out it's not for them or simply just don't have the time to do covers. Talking from personal experience, I myself was very quite here for years, only doing what was required from me to keep my contributor status, not because I was gonna leech covers or resources but because, if i suddenly found the passion again to start doing covers, then I didn't want to go trough the whole process again. Also, doing the minimum kept me in check with Photoshop, so I didn't forget things. It's starting to be a while since I made a cover now, it's not a lack of motivation because I want to make one, I just don't know what to make, lacking inspiration. Or I have an idea, but lack the necessary resources I would need. What I'm trying to say is that there's usually more then one side to the story and honestly I don't think most of these guys come here to leech covers or resources, but stop doing it because of other reasons. If you are confused on where I landed, then my answer is "no", I don't think he should be promoted, not yet. Should be active a couple of months first.
