Your best bet is usually to look for unique traits and work outward from there -- the legs on the "R" and "K" and the overall style of the "g" and "a," for example.

Like ctaulbee said, this one is somewhere between Avenir and Arial, so either of those should treat you well, unless you need an exact match.
Helvetica is a bit more squared-off, and Futura is a bit more angular.

Without over analyzing it, it looks to be a common font style to me, could be Futura or Avenir or Arial or a host of others that are similar, for simple paragraph text I don't think a "exact" match is needed, any of those should be close enough, me thinks.
