I'd say it will either be pretty good or pretty bad, don't think there is room for ok in this one.
Ryan is a funny guy so I guess it will come down to how well they can weave that into a superhero film without making it come off as silly, comedy often ruins some films where it's not expected or needed, Ryan's humor did not save Green Lantern in fact it might have been better without it.
I'll probably get bashed for saying this but I'm tired of the little quip exchanges in The Avenger's films, in the first film they were funny but by the second I started find them annoying, mostly because it's obvious they are "creating" situations in which to inject them.
All that said I do like the humor in Iron-man it fits the Tony Stark character and I think it adds to those films, so it's possible they could make that work in Deadpool as well, we can hope anyway.
