They are the most basic covers, i don't know if people would download these! If he will make use of wip and is willing to learn, then his design skills can only improve. I vote yes, lets see how he gets on.

I also do not like that everything is on the same template. Such a typical serial work. But how to make a difference, it should try in projects.

That is correct. The reason for voting is to see if there are any reason why they should not be promoted, such as if you know the work is not theirs. It is also a chance to voice an opinion, such as you do not believe they should have been approved in the first place.

So I'll vote yes then, too.
But he should be adviced using some WIPs in the future anyways I'd say.

Yes but hopefully he'll use a different template for future covers. The submitted ones are all the same with different pictures. I guess that's a start... :)
