Agree with Fidi, he need to know some ''base'' in the cover like the resize on image, typographie size etc. !

Should sam79 be promoted to contributor?

His work only just made approvals, and some were rejected. The good point I would like to make is, he listened to the reasons I rejected the covers that I did, and fixed them appropriately. This shows a willingness to learn which I think goes in his favour.
